Dashboard

To Login to your Dashboard, you will use the same credentials that you set when you created an Elevate app user account. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by completing the Forgot Password? process.

When you login to your Dashboard, you will see a high-level overview of your previous sessions. You can choose which specific dates to view by clicking the calendar icon to change the date range and then click Apply.

Once a date range has been applied, you will see an overview of the total number of sessions as well as the average emotional score across all of the sessions during that time range. You will also be presented with two graphs.

The first graph shows the average emotion score across the dates in the specified range, and also plots a trend line.

If you hover over a plot point for a specific date, you can view the average score for that date.

The second graph that is shown on the dashboard allows you to filter by specific emotions across the sessions in the chosen time range. By default, the average score for all emotions is shown on the graph.

Single Day View

If you click to view more detail for a specific date, an overview of the total number of sessions and the average emotional score for that date is displayed. A list of all of the sessions will be shown, displaying the Starting Time, Session Length, and the Average Emotion Score for each session.

From this page you may also Export the information to a .csv file with all of the analysis data from each session. This can be useful if you want to perform a deeper level analysis with either Excel or a Business Intelligence tool.
